This shirt can be customized to suit your or your company's needs.  Simply upload your logo if it's not one we've done before--or provide us with the company name and a description to ensure we can locate it, if it is one we have done before--and select from the embroidery location options provided.  The same can be done with embroidered text, e.g. a name and title. Just select a location and font from the provided options and then tell us what color you want the text.

****Please be sure to include a phone number and email address at checkout so that we can contact you with any questions or to get approval on the embroidered sample logo before we apply it to your item as there are no refunds on custom items.****

Note: For trademarked logos (e.g. national sports teams, etc.), please email us written permission from the trademark holder to use that logo at uniformusa@aol.com.
